The projected single-family house has a simple and regular volumetry designed in simple lines and continuous finishes. The exterior skin of the villa house is made up of a reduced number of materials, colours and textures. In this way, it is intended a greater integration in the immediate environment, as well as a greater visual harmony and low impact on the natural environment in which it is located.
The proposal of single-family housing develops the program of needs in a building of a single floor above ground integrated into the topography, and orders the spaces in two main volumes:

A first longitudinal volume of interior housing where the night spaces or restricted / private access area are located in the west zone (master bedroom) and the day spaces in the east zone (kitchen – dining room – living room, area for guest room and toilet); and a second volume attached to the first where the outdoor garage, storage for tools and space to house the facilities are located.

it should be noted the prefabrication of the single-family house, by means of a mixed, constructive and structural system, composed of boards and light wooden frameworks, with built-in workshop insulation.

In the rest of the plot, where the house is located, a plant treatment has been carried out through the use of native species of low maintenance.

Sustainability and energy efficiency

The project development is carried out according to ECODESIGN criteria (ISO14006). Among the measures adopted to achieve the aforementioned objectives, the increase in insulation, elimination of thermal bridges, control of infiltrations, ventilation with heat recovery, high performance carpentry, optimization of solar gains and interior temperature and energy modeling stand out. In this sense, it has opted for a design based on contemporary architecture with basic principles for a passive house with “almost zero” energy consumption.
