The project of the JM Bayona Dental Clinic is a reform of a commercial premises for its conditioning as a Periodontal Clinic.
In relation to the distribution of the spaces inside the new premises, the greatest functionality and comfort has been sought for the exercise of the activity to be developed. In essence, a distribution has been designed that provides the greatest comfort for both employees and users and future clients of the periodontal clinic.
The space is created on a single floor, developing in this the entire program of the periodontal clinic. Thus, through the main access from the public road, there are the reception and waiting room accompanied by two distributors. la de espera acompañados de dos distribuidores. The first distributor connects the reception with the office, the adapted toilet and with the most private area of the clinic where the warehouse, office, changing room and engine room are located.
In the second distributor are the server and the toilet ending this circulation space in the second waiting room, more directed to sterilization consultations, ray room and support room of consultations.

In general, the interior and exterior finishes and colours will reflect a sober and neutral image. For this purpose, floor-to-ceiling glass enclosures will be used to pass light in certain areas and feel spacious
In the same way, the exterior cladding of the JM Bayona Dental Clinic will be the same in the three facades, adapting in each of them according to the interior use. The most public area of the premises, the reception, will be a space with a lot of height and will be accompanied by a wooden paneling in order to bring warmth to the premises.
